My wife and I found a home in Blanket, tx and contacted Rodney to see the home. Even tho he was not our agent at the time and we had no other homes in the area to look at he still agreed to show this property to us. When we arrived in Brownwood and called Rodney to let him know we would be ready the next day. Rodney let us know if we wanted we could look at the one house that afternoon if we would like which we agreed to since we really had no other plans or homes to look at. Needless to say we liked that house and asked Rodney to be our agent. We went back to his office signed all the papers and gave our offer for the home. The very next morning Rodney called and told us the owner accepted our offer. The experience was so different than the last home we bought. Even after the closing was finished and all papers signed Rodney did not stop there. Rodney helped us contact all of the needed utility companies to ensure that nothing would be turned off that day if we went in and opened service with them. That was one thing no real estate agent has ever done for any of the homes I have closed on. This all being said I can honestly say that Rodney made what is usually a very stressful event almost worry free. That coming from me is saying a lot since I worry about every little thing.
