My wife and I were looking for a home, about 2 1/2 hours from where we live. Because of that our time was limited and we put a lot of pressure on Blake. I often explain Blakes ability as this: After spending 3 hours with Blake, it soon became evident that he understood our taste, and means as well as we did. He never suggested for us to look at a house that was not a real possibility when we saw it. He also never held back when we sent him suggestions ( as a note, we never even close when selecting homes to view ourselves, he was clearly the professional! ) and showed amazing patience with us. For someone who sells as many homes as Blake does, we never realized that until after the process was over. He was always available, always willing to help or guide us throughout the entire process. As a couple looking for our first home, I could not imagine having a better experience. Because of this I now, and plan to continue referring him to everyone I hear is looking for an agent.
