We have known and worked with Arlene over the past 8 years. She helped us buy our first home and when we were back on the market 7 years later for a second home, she was our go to choice. My husband and I are first time home owners, and Arlene Finney was the perfect realtor for us. We were a bit indecisive and kept going back and forth between single family homes and town homes, but Arlene remained patient every step of the way. She was willing to take us to any place we were interested in and took the time to discuss what we did and didnt like after each house. There were a few places that she probably could have talked us out of seeing, but she took us anyways, so we could form our own opinions. We felt that she really cared about finding the right home for us versus simply finding a home ASAP. We ultimately purchased a single family home, and Arlene made the entire process painless! What I find particularly amazing is how accessible she is. She answered all of our questions and dealt with forms all times of day over email, phone, or text, but when we were out with her she was solely focused on us. I dont know how she does it! She was never distracted or multi-tasking (that I could tell at least). Arlene always made us felt at ease, and I truly see her as a friend now that the whole home buying process is over. We could not recommend her enough!

Arlene stands out as one of the best realtors we have worked with over our 30+ years buying and selling residential property. She is professional, polished and knowledgeable and stayed on top of the transaction from the listing agreement to the final close of escrow. We obtained the price we wanted and the sale closed on schedule. But what was most impressive to us was her willingness to roll up her sleeves and take on the difficult tasks needed to put the property on the market. She helped identify, schedule and coordinate the contractors and also reviewed our projected costs to insure we stayed within our budget. When unforeseen issues arose, she handled them smoothly and helped us negotiate mutually acceptable resolution with the buyers. Many realtors have sales and negotiation skills but Arlene complements those skills with project management and attention to detail. I highly recommend her and am sure that she will continue to rate 5 stars for a long long time.
