We met Ducky and Amy while browsing open homes last year. We loved this particular house, but assumed we had no chance: we had only just started looking, and our home wasn't ready to list...but we were impressed with Ducky and Amy, and planned to stay in touch. Fast forward a couple of short months (with a little good fortune and a lot of hard work) they had not only negotiated a straightforward, hassle-free purchase on that home we found, but had sold our previous one for more than 200k over list.It's a cliche, but we were made to feel like we were their only clients, and they were passionate and excited throughout the process, yet calm and clear-headed when it mattered. They were always communicative, transparent, and available (which was very important to us) and managed to line up the seemingly impossible set of dates, meaning the move itself was as seamless as it gets. And the service didn't stop there. They have useful contacts and suggestions on construction jobs (from the smallest handyman tasks to complete house re-builds), they are knowledgable on local/city standards/building regulations as well as the most current market factors and real estate happenings in the area. I should also mention they have great taste in interior/exterior decor meaning working with them on staging our last house, as well as planning our next one, has been (and continues to be) a genuine and enjoyable collaboration!'Above and beyond' doesn't cover it. We've moved 10 times in 10 years, and never had a better experience. Ducky and Amy are not only expert realtors, but have become good friends, and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
