Kristina is the reason I'm in my beautiful home today. She was incredibly responsive, literally in minutes called me, visited the properties within an hour and performed multiple live video walk-throughs. I was able to purchase my home when there were multiple competitive bids in play, and got it for $20K under my maximum bid thanks to her negotiating suggestions. She also navigated post-inspection repairs after inspections which greatly reduced my stress level. Her coordination with the escrow company was incredibly helpful as well. Her knowledge of my neighborhood was invaluable for all the small details, and she still remains helpful after the sale closed. Finding her was sheer luck on my part (through Zillow), so incredibly happy I did. I still cannot believe how pleasant of a real estate experience it was thanks to Kristina, easily the best real estate experience I've ever had.
