Becky Scarpa is absolutely the best realtor I have not only ever met, but the best realtor I have ever worked with. She's incredibly professional and listens to her clients wants and needs ....then sets off to make it happen. This is unheard of in this day and age. She never wavered on finding me the perfect home! Every time I called her to go look at a house, she was there with a beautiful smile on her face and a positive attitude. Not only did she find me the perfect house, I lucked out and found the perfect realtor ...and I feel fortunate to call her my friend now. Her positivity is crazy contagious! Her knowledge of Lake Havasu and neighborhoods is unbelievable. I would recommend her to anyone whom is looking to buy a home in Lake Havasu and the surrounding smaller city's too. My husband and I were fortunate to have found Becky Scarpa when looking into purchasing an out of state home. From day one and throughout the process, Becky was extremely responsive, she answered every call, email and text message regardless of the time of day or night and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what my husband and I were looking for. Beckys professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, kindness and hard work ethic is greatly respected and appreciated.
