My husband and I were fortunate to have found Becky Scarpa when looking into purchasing an out of state home. From day one and throughout the process, Becky was extremely responsive, she answered every call, email and text message regardless of the time of day or night and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what my husband and I were looking for. Beckys professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, kindness and hard work ethic is greatly respected and appreciated. Becky is now considered a friend and called us even after we had closed and asked if there was anything that she could assist us with since she knew that we were still out of state. I would highly recommend Becky to anyone that is searching to purchase a home as she is an extremely welcoming and a trustworthy individual. I simply just cannot find the words to encapsulate my experience with Becky and describe the amazing dedicated, efficient, genuine compassionate professional she is. She deserves the aEURoeRealtor Of The YearaEUR? award for the most patient and caring person I have ever met. She has an amazing pleasant,kind, sweet and warm disposition/character that speaks volumes. She is cordial, approachable, well organized, knowledgeable and makes herself available anytime day, night or weekends. Becky has a pleasant way of explaining perplexing things to make them much easier than they really are. She never gets annoyed or tries to rush you through. She helped us overcome every impediment and helped me keep my gaze fixed on the horizon. After reading each and every review here of how she has touched everybody in an extraordinary way, I'm not astounded by the overflow of appreciation. Becky is everything everybody says and more. She loves her job and has her clients best interest at heart. Her goal is to never surrender until she takes the necessary steps to keep you cheerful, calm and stress free.Nothing has likely tested Beckys tolerance to the max as much as I have. My circumstance was inconceivably challenging and complex. Our property was in my family for 50 long years and carried a history of complicated changes in circumstances of archives that were inaccurately filed, death certificates that were sent but not recorded, plus I had never sold a property before and I lived thousands of miles away. I was terrified at the thought of initiating the selling process as I knew it was going to be a nightmare. I came to Becky with a challenging circumstance and she literally took me by the hand and guided me through it step by step. No matter the obstacle, she patiently untangled all the knots that came along without boasting or being annoyed.Needless to say, during the process, we kept getting many unexpected surprises. Each time she took all the stress from me and handled it all by herself with incredible calmness and confidence. She accomplished all this electronically and by phone from a distance of thousands of miles while also having to deal with my very bad and annoying hearing impairment. She always made herself available as if I was her only client and priority. She goes above and beyond her call of duty always and makes every effort to accommodate your situation even if it means sacrificing special personal time with family.During a particular incident, she was with family on vacation and chose to interrupt a date with family during a concert to return alone to her hotel room to submit some documents for me. When once she was very sick in bed and wiped out with a high fever, she eagerly and willingly offered herself to be the family mentor. She made an awkward circumstance much easier and accomplished all the work for me. No matter the adversity she was calm, consoling, patient while persistently repeating everything as many times as it took for me to be able to hear clearly and understand correctly. In time, on my own, I discovered she was actually in high demand and extremely busy everyday, but she never let me know or complained and always answered my calls.Any other agents would have lost their patience and given up, but she never wavered from her determination to guide me successfully through any obstacle. When overwhelmed or anxious, she encouraged and reassured me. I found great comfort every and each time I heard her say in her most pleasant voice: aEURoeDont worry. I will help you! Everything is going to be fine! Trust me, I will help you, I promise!aEUR?I consider Becky more than just my Realtor, I consider her a dear friend. She is a class act all around.
