My husband and I purchased a home in Florida from the west coast. We chose Desiree based on other Zillow reviews. Desiree took us out to see the properties we were interested in and she was very knowledgeable about the area. We put in an offer on a home Desiree showed us, but unfortunately, the seller chose to move forward on another offer. Desiree was willing and able to show us another property from afar using Facetime. We did not end up purchasing this property, but in a fortunate turn of events, the original house Desiree showed us came back on the market. She was excellent in helping us negotiate a good price and she always responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. She also gave us excellent advice along the way and put us in contact with other professionals that we needed. Desiree was happy to do another Facetime call for our final walk through, and she helped us button up our new home until we are able to arrive.
