Eric is the best realtor we have ever used. He and his wife Robyn helped us every step of the way in selling our house. Our house was older (70s) and badly in need of repair and upgrading. Eric and Robyn initially met us at the house and spent a considerable amount of time looking over the house in order to advise us on which upgrades would be the most valuable. They even looked over my carpet and flooring samples! It took my husband and me a couple of months to do all the repairs and upgrades necessary. During that time we would hear from Eric occasionally asking how we were doing and giving us encouragement as it turned out to be a much bigger project than we imagined it would be. When we finally got the house on the market, Eric took charge of selling it. We were amazed at the depth of knowledge both he and Robyn had about the housing market and the selling process. He was in touch with us regularly and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. We ended up with several offers and sold the house for more than the asking price. Throughout this whole process, Eric and Robyn were such genuinely nice people. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with.
