I know it's hard to believe that someone (especially a realtor) could be all 5 starts but I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Eric. We saw house after house and knowing that we weren't in a hurry I thought for sure he would push us to the bottom of his priority list but I never felt like we were anything other than his #1 priority. He never pushed us or tried to sell us on a home we didn't want. He was patient and listened to our concerns and opinions until he found is the perfect place. I couldn't recommend Eric enough. He is kind, patient, prompt, on the ball, great negotiator, great teacher (buying a house is a whole new experience), and flexible! He met us on a whim and even took time out of his Saturday's to accommodate our schedule. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

We we're pleasantly surprised to find out they depended on his experience during two major moves, so this further encouraged us of being in safe hands. Investing in our first home was an exciting step forward, yet overwhelming in some aspects. Eric alleviated any concerns, doing his job beyond expectations. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, engergetic, kind, patient, and prompt. Updated and checked in on us when necessary, with convenient communication. Never felt pressured to settle for something we scheduled an appointment to see. If the market discouraged us in any way Eric was there to frame out what to expect days or months ahead. House hunting during COVID-19 proved a unique hurdle, however the circumstance was handled with professionalism. His team genuinely cared about our needs throughout the entire process. Thankfully our perfect home was found, and we are happily settled in. The adventure was worth every moment and we've learned quite a bit along the way.
