Josie helped us find our new home in the county. She was very patient with us as we slowly realized what we wanted was not within our original budget, but never tired to push us into anything more than we stated we could afford. She showed us many houses and was always available on short notice to show a home I saw online. Also I travel quite a bit for business, but Josie would keep in frequent contact with me over email, sending me listings she thought we might be interested in and helping set up appointments for when I was in town. Once we found our home, Josie was also very helpful with connecting us to a great home inspector and helped us with any issues that arose during the lending and closing processes. We were so happy with everything she did for us, we really felt she went above and beyond, we called her back to sell our house in the city. Josie was also really great throughout the selling process. She really went above and beyond, bringing in some of her own decorations and furniture to stage the house. There was a small issue with our dishwasher latch and rather than having to call out a plumber, Josie's husband helped fix our issue for free. Josie put a fair market value on the home and we had the first offer within a week! Unfortunately the first offer didn't work out, but we were in contract within another week. Josie did an excellent job representing our interests during the sale and helped us get the most money possible. She really did an excellent job in both the buying and selling aspects, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
