Garrett is an phenomenal realtor with an amazing work ethic and a genuine passion for helping people to find their home. As first time homebuyers we had put off looking for a house in the Bay Area thinking it would be too difficult, especially during a pandemic. Garrett patiently guided us through these trying times of low inventory and multiple bids, always optimistic, and encouraging us to continue looking even when we felt like giving up. Throughout, Garrett was extremely responsive, answering all our texts within a few minutes and explaining everything in detail. He had an inexplicable way of making us feel like we were his only clients even though we knew he had many. On top of that he was super fast at putting offers together at very short notice. Through his connections with the seller we were finally able to secure a wonderful home off-market in a sought after neighborhood. From start to finish the purchase process was incredibly smooth. Garrett handled all the details, sent us timely reminders, and helped us step-by-step with the whole process. The only difficulty we faced was deciding on how much money we were willing to part with. We have closed on our home but Garrett is still helping us with the move-in stage. Honestly, if you want the most stress free house-buying experience ever, we wholeheartedly recommend Garrett!

My family recently dealt with the unfortunate and daunting task of having to sell my parents home after they both passed away. Initially, we spent months only sporadically working at the property with the intention of emptying the house of its contents and otherwise prepping it for sale. However, the job soon became stressful and overwhelming, particularly due to the sheer size of the project. We needed guidance and a lot more help. Thats when we hired Garrett and Martha. They both spent time at the house helping us gather and organize clothing, jewelry, and other furnishings. They also helped us create several junk piles which Garrett then arranged to have hauled away. After we held an estate sale and had finally emptied the house, Garrett and Martha kicked into overdrive! Within a weeks time, Garrett scheduled several inspections, hired an electrician, and had workers install new flooring and do other needed repairs and painting. All of this work was completed within just a few short weeks. Garrett and Martha dont procrastinate. They strived to get things done quickly yet competently. Garrett had the house beautifully staged with furniture before it went on the market. He and Martha listed the property at exactly the right price, with the strategy of motivating as many prospective buyers as possible to view the home. That strategy worked like a charm! Within only 3 weeks we entertained several offers. Garrett thoroughly discussed each of them with us and provided sound advice, which we followed. He negotiated expertly with the buyers agent, and obtained a purchase price significantly higher than what we had hoped for or expected! The escrow proceeded smoothly and closed on time. Throughout this process, Garrett and Martha kept us apprised of the status of every inspection, work project, and all other information regarding the property. However, whenever he sensed I was anxious about something, Garrett would make a point of telling me, aEURoeDont worry. Let me worry about it for you!aEUR? I can honestly say that was some of the best advice he gave me. Garrett and Martha are extremely knowledgeable and smart. They worked very hard, analyzed every situation carefully, and always contemplated the best strategies to follow for our home sale. It was truly amazing to watch them work so efficiently and effectively. I was also impressed with their ethics and professionalism. They are a great team! In sum, I highly recommend Garrett and Martha, without hesitation, when youre seeking realtors to represent you for the sale or purchase of a home.
