From the first viewing Chad arranged for us, we knew we had a superb realtor representing us. He advised us on the options we had in uptown New Orleans and Algiers Point, the two areas in which we had primary interest. His energy is boundless, as is his knowledge of Greater New Orleans and interest in pleasing his client. He did everything he could to show us all our options, going so far as to arrange a viewing for us in Algiers Point right after we had told him we were done for the day and hed already crossed the bridge. As soon as he heard wed found another house to see, he came right back over the bridge without hesitation and showed it to us. He also arranged several showings for my daughter to visit after we had to go back to Texas. As it turned out, we had to cancel our plans to purchase a home in NOLA due to an unforeseen complication. Chad could not have been more understanding and gracious about our situation. Years ago, I worked with other realtors in NOLA when I bought and sold homes as my family grew. Ive also dealt with other realtors in other states. Although our business relationship was brief, Chad impressed me more than any other realtor Id had before.
