Amanda showed us a home and since that time she was by our side every step of the way until we moved into our new home. We did not choose Amanda as our realtor, she chose us as clients, and we are so very happy she took that initiative and was adamant to find us the perfect home. We lost our home in Stanford Hills to the horrible Carr Fire. Amanda was very compassionate and heartfelt about finding us a replacement home. I admit that I am one picky client but she listened and asked what we liked or didn't like and she took the extra ten miles to make us satisfied buyers. She also sold our vacant lot in Stanford Hills within weeks of it being listed. Amanda has a built-in gift of listening and making sure you get completely what you are looking for. She not only was our realtor but is now a friend. She will do you a good job and won't stop until you have accomplished your goal of selling or buying. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I met Amanda just by chance when my husband and I were looking for a home to buy in Redding. I was looking on the internet and her office's name popped up and fortunately she was the one who we ended up with. From the very beginning Amanda was, I feel, one step ahead of the game; always letting us know when new properties were going to be listed, already had talked with the seller's agent, knew of the comps in the area, but most importantly making sure it was a safe area. We weren't from Redding, so Amanda always made sure we had at least a day's worth of houses to see every time we would travel the three hours over the hill. Yes, it did take us a year to find our perfect house -- one house we wanted was a short sale which took 7 months to deal with. Amanda was a fighter for us in that one until the end. Not only is Amanda an amazing real estate agent, but I consider her a very dear friend that I will have forever. We still laugh about some of the crazy things that happened while looking for houses; some of the best memories for sure!!
