I interviewed multiple realtors before picking Amanda. Because this is my second time buying a house, I know what is important to look for from a realtor. I am a mother of two young boys, one of whom has autism; therefore, a realtor with knowledge and involvement in the community and school district was a must. Amanda had answers for all our crazy questions, from Can we build a shop here, to where will the sun hit the house during the hottest point of the day? She was always honest and never tried to sell us anything other than the needle-in-a-haystack house that we wanted. People dont realize the importance of having a realtor who analyzes your family, understands your vision, and has the courage to point out houses that wouldnt be a good fit. Amanda met with my family and understood my sons needs and my husbands wants while answering every concern we had with moving to Redding.

Amanda consistently went above and beyond to find and get me, my last and forever home. My situation wasnt ideal. I had a home in Southern California and I wanted to move up to Northern California to be close to my daughter and new grandson. As soon as my house sold I was super stressed out. Everything was happening so fast. She assured me everything was going to work out. She knew what I was looking for and had a list of properties ready for me to see when I arrived.
