We had just gotten back from the Panama City Beach area prior to contacting Amanda Corbin. We had driven around looking at areas but didn't really grasp the true layout or concept of the Panama City Beach area. We went back home to Texas, got on the internet and began to look. We made a few phone calls. My husband spoke with a developer in Panama City Beach area. The developer suggested a few leads. We looked the leads up on the internet and just picked one. The pick happened to be Amanda Corbin. Amanda Corbin made our task of purchasing a home in the Panama City Beach area much easier by helping us understand the layout of Panama City Beach and adjoining cities, amenities, attractions, fishing activity, local government, schools, utilities, etc. Amanda Corbin allowed us generous time for showing us homes, she professionally answered our questions, schooled us on the process of being in contract in Florida, and did things for us that we were unable to do because we were not there physically. We would highly recommend Amanda Corbin. Amanda Corbin is the best in our book. We would most certainly recommend her to anyone and we would use her again.
