My husband and I havent purchased a home in almost a decade and were very particular in what we were looking for. Brad was very patient with us. We didnt feel rushed at all during the process- even when we werent 100% certain this was what we wanted to do. He showed us dozens of houses but we landed on new construction. Brad was involved throughout the entire build and handled the not-so-fun stuff with the builder. Selling our home was a very emotional and difficult decision for us to make. Brad took the time to help us make sure we were making the right decision for our family. The photos of our house were incredible and our house went under contract within a week. We attribute that to Brads extensive market knowledge and ability to help us price our home right on target.
