If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Savannah area Staci Donegan should be your first phone call. She responded to my information request in less than a day and provided a great orientation to Savannah over the phone before we were even in town to look at properties. She emailed several listings and kept us updated as new listings came into the market before we even met her. We had a rapid fire tour of the city to orient us to different neighborhoods and what to expect in our budget. She treated us like five star, million dollar clients even though we were not spending anywhere close to that. We ended up finding the perfect place for us and were able to go into contract and settle quickly.
