I am a first time home buyer and at first Mike was amazing. He seemed to really be on my side and cared for my interest. He then became unresponsive for a couple of days (and we all know that in this market one day is too many - a property can get snatched within the day of it being posted). The bad part isn't necessarily about how he was unresponsive but how he handled the situation after. Mike was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He called me nasty names via email claiming that I was a "low-end client", indecisive (I mean who isn't when they are making a huge investment?), and un-loyal. Mind you that I emailed him multiple times regarding a specific property that I found MYSELF. He didn't respond for some time and when he finally did - he blew me off for the next day anyway. So - no I would NEVER recommend Mike Brule to anyone who wants quality service and equal respect.

When we started looking to buy a home for our family we came into contact with a lot of people. The first realtor I spoke to was short with me, pushy, demanding, and even went as far as to scold me for speaking to a different realtor (about a house that turned out to be too far for him to "deal with"). That's when our adventure took a turn for the best and we met Mike! He immediately took the time to get to know us and made note of what our needs were. He worked endlessly, sometimes even emailing us late into the night to check out this house or that one. Mike is very creative, passionate, and patient! He was right on top of every question we had, was amazing at explaining every detail of the process, and guided us through every worry and bump that came along. Mike led us to the perfect house (even got us under contract at 9pm on Easter Sunday)! Even though his job came to an end he still checked in on us. Mike became more than just another realtor, he is now more like family! There is no way we could have found anyone better to go on this adventure with!
