Rating/Review: Krista Lombardi Realtor / Prudential California RealtyAs a recovering, formerly licensed realtor in the State of California, I was not looking forward to my pending use of any realtor in the summer of 2012. Krista came in recommended by the contractor we hired to make assessments/repairs on my wife?s parents? home that we were attempting to sell ? the very house my wife grew up in. Krista quickly disarmed me with her thoroughness, professionalism, personality, just everything. She quickly assembled a stack of great quality offers for our home, and aggressively and competently got us to ?the finish line?. We were so impressed we had to try and use her as our buyer?s agent, despite my feelings that we were not necessarily going to benefit from the use of any agent on this, the buyers end of the real estate transaction we were heading towards. I couldn?t have been more wrong! I can honestly say we would have never competed seriously for the house of our dreams without her guiding hand over all aspects of our offer. Im thrilled to say, I just completed my first home purchase and its 110% because of Krista Lombardi. I didnt even think I could afford a home in San Diego but Krista showed me otherwise. She even found me a turn-key home in a central San Diego neighborhood I never thought I could afford. Shes a freakin rock star!Ill be honest, there were lots of hiccups and bumps along the way, mostly with my loan, Krista was on the ball and two steps ahead of the game the entire time. Kristas foresight, professionalism, and patience are what kept those bumps and hiccups from taking over. There were some points that I gave up and didnt think it was going to happen. Yes, I cried, no... Sobbed on a few occasions. But she stuck with me, helped me though all the headache and hassle. Over all she made home shopping fun and upbeat. I am incredibly grateful to know someone as capable as Krista. Krista is your absolute best choice for a real estate agent in San Diego.
