This guy's goes OVER AND ABOVE! We went through 2 realtors BEFORE OWEN, who had US doing most of the work for them! We live in California and were buying a home in Arizona. Time on the phone and trips back and forth to accomplish things that THEY SHOULD' VE, became an exhausting waste of time! One realtor even sold the perfect home for us, to her friend, very late, the night before, we had said we were coming 0ot That was it! We found OWEN, and within a week, after 1 trip out there, we made an offer on a home we love!Owen was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time with us learning about our needs. He's a GREAT LISTENER TOO, which was very important to us because we were buying a home long distance. We had to limit our trips out there, so Owen went through the home and video taped things we needed to know (several times). He Facetimed us 4 or 5 times, I think. When we did have to make the trip, he was on-time, and AVAILABLE (even had patience with my lateness). We took up a lot of his time because we didn't want to come back. I think he waited patiently talking to my husband while I had to video tape every little detail of the home, 3 TIMES, for my daughter's to see! We had some issues with the home we were buying and we were planning on some construction as well Owen not only helped us with those things, but he came up with some TERRIFIC ideas. He met plumbers and other contractors at the house, multiple times, to look at things and give estimates. He even CLIMBED UNDER OUR HOME in the MUD with my husband! Ours was a tricky but, so he got us in touch with a terrific finance guy who was the saving grace of finance guys! We've been in our home 5 months now, and had it not been for Owen, we may still have been looking, as prices and interest rates rise. Thanks SO MUCH OWEN!
