Norma listed my late uncle's home, which was an estate sale. I live in another state and needed to find a realtor whom I could count on to handle an absentee seller and stay in close communication with me, as I was the executrix for the estate. Norma met and exceeded all my expectations. From the first time I met her to consider entering into a contract with her to sell the home, I knew she was competent and friendly and a take charge kind of person. She quickly put together a thorough comparables packet showing recent sales in the area and current listings, and she explained in great detail small and major differences between those properties and the one I was listing. She was in constant communication with me via text, phone, and email regarding open houses, people with continued interest in the home, and comments she had received about the house. When the weather changed in October from 80s to 40s in a matter of weeks, she made sure to go in get the heat at a proper temperature and was always on top of details like that. I had an offer on the home at very close to a full offer within about five weeks. Norma regularly updated me on inspections, buyer questions, and other matters. I could not have handled the complexity of going through a sale of a home that had been in our family for 60 years from another state without the kind, competent, and thoughtful representation of Norma. I would recommend her without hesitation.
