I have known Eileen already for well over a year. And this relationship has been the most fortunate of any. Eileen is a very dishonest individual to put it softly. Her lack of integrity in her real estate dealings should disqualify her from ever having a fiduciary responsibility with a client. As a client of hers she misled and caused me to loose significant money. Her group also manages properties. They managed my property for a year. It's more accurate to say they mismanaged my property. After I took over, my house was left with urine, human and animal droppings, cub webs everywhere. They refused to even clean up. It cost me well over $5,000 to just bring it to normal condition. I submitted receipts of the work done. They kept making excuses and in the end they never even refunded me my requested tenant deposit. In essence they pocketed the deposit.
