Her reviews say it all. There really are not enough superlatives to describe her professional manner and dedicated approach. Ive been working with Lisa for 8 months as my buyers broker. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in the Conroe area. We were living out of town at the time and first made contact through Zillow. We spoke on the phone many times and told Lisa what we were looking for. Lisa made numerous site visits and spoke with several developers representatatives on our behalf to select the right lot where our home would be built - before we even met in person! After we met and made our selections, we had to return home. Lisa guided us though the entire process, constantly updating us. She was exceptionally responsive gettign back to us and persistant with dealing with contactor issues. Eight months later, we closed and she was right there with us at the signing. We have a beautiful home, thanks to Lisa. We could not have done it without her. I could go on and on but the bottom line is - if your looking for a top-notch real estate agent, you will be an excellent hands with Lisa.

My husband and I moved from CA to TX. When we started looking at places in TX before we moved I contacted Lisa through Zillow. Lisa was very responsive. I had asked about a certain property and her husband James had just gone to see it so they told me all the things wrong with it. We then found a different property that was pretty much perfect so we contacted Lisa again. She looked at the comps and said we could get it for $5000 less than listed. We decided on that one and started the buying process. Lisa kept us up to date on everything. Walked us through the process of buying the house for cash. We bought our house online sight unseen. She text, called, emailed every time something came up or changed. I highly recommend her as an agent. Friendly, caring, and just a plain nice person who will take you step by step in your buying process. We made a great choice on our new home but we made an even better choice in trusting Lisa Sawyer with helping us to buy our new forever home.
