Patty is one of the finest brokers (and people) with whom we have ever worked. She is thoughtful, honest, intelligent, and extremely transparent. She guided us through the process of buying a home on the East End of Long Island with patience and care. We never felt rushed and Patty always made herself available. Importantly, it took us 3 years for us to find the right home for our family. Patty stayed with us the whole time. Patty also listens. She takes into account all the various inputs we provided and did a masterful job of showing us properties and listings. When we looked at potential homes, she pointed out both the positives and negatives without bias. Patty also didn't push. Her opinions and perspectives were always very well thought out. Patty and Laura were an amazing team. We have known Patty for a long time and searched for a home for probably 5 years. She never once got frustrated with our pickiness and worked so hard to find the right "home" for our family. As it expanded with the dog and added new requirements, she worked hard to understand what we liked and didn't like.When she found the home we just bought, she knew the second it came to her the minute it was listed and told us this was it and that it would be gone by the weekend. We trusted her, drove out the next day and put in an offer in the driveway after we toured it. We just closed and she helped us through a tedious and frustrating process.My husband and I think of her like family now, what are we going to do now that we no longer have an excuse to ride around with her?Highly, highly, highly recommend Patty and her colleague, Laura.
