My family and I have had a very unique and thorough experience with Rick & his team at Santa reality. Over the course of about 2 years- he was our selling agent, landlord, and then buying agent. Throughout each hat that he wore over the years- he was always kind, compassionate, understanding, and professional. For the sale of our home, he had it on the market and sold in record time. As our landlord, we lived comfortably knowing he would do whatever it took to make sure the roof over our heads was everything we needed. For the grand finale, he helped us purchase our dream home and close in less than 45 days with unbelievably low closing costs. He negotiated the deals that we didnt even know were possible to make sure our hard earned money was spent appropriately. Since then Rick has continued to be a friend in our community, and a listening ear as we consider purchasing again.When it comes down to it, you need a guy like Rick on your team. Rick from Santa Realty was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and dependable. Additionally, Rick possessed years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about all things real estate, which was especially helpful to us (being first-time home buyers who were new to the procedure).
