We were very fortunate to have Rick as our Realtor when we moved to Connecticut. This was our first time buying a home and Rick did everything in his might to not only get us the house that we fell in love with but he made the experience a pleasant one. Additionally, Rick possessed years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about all things real estate, which was especially helpful to us (being first-time home buyers who were new to the procedure). We immediately trusted his advice and opinions as he seamlessly guided us through the entire process of buying our first home. Rick is a true professional in this business and he deserves every single one of his five star reviews. I was NOT an easy client. Looking for a multi-family home that would double as an investment for me meant I had very strict criteria. As a landlord himself, I knew I could trust Ricks guidance. Not only did he spend months showing me properties and responding to dozens of questions and last minute requests, but he stuck with me through a long and brutal closing process. He stayed in constant communication with me, my lender, the closing attorney, and the selling agent to make sure everything stayed on track. There were multiple occasions where Rick was able to step in and literally save the deal from falling apart. Real estate transactions are rarely simple, and when the going gets tough you will be glad to have someone as experienced and competent as Rick on your team.
