Mark Don McInnes and Rain Silverhawk recently helped sell our home. I've dealt with other agents in the past and have never found more competent, honest and hard working people in this profession. We first interviewed them because they had recently sold two other homes in our neighborhood. They laid out their marketing strategies and what they believed to be a fair price for our home. Their online presentation was beautiful done with professional photography and detailed written descriptions. Almost made me want to keep our home, but it was time to move on. We had thousands of internet views and showings started right away. They were present for every one even though they lived miles away. They were in constant contact to keep us informed. The home sold for almost full price, showing their accuracy in market analysis. This was an expensive home, so having generated this much interest was phenomenal. If we ever do another real estate transaction in Idaho they will get our business. I can't say enough good about them and highly recommend them.
