We found the Lewis Osborne Group extremely professional in the their conduct and real estate experience. Mr. Osborne was patient and kind. His experience in the field was quite obvious and reassuring from the very first introduction. He listened to our needs and showed us only homes within our price range, and did not tempt us to exceed it. In the process of visiting the potential properties he was quick to point out not only the favorable features but also the unfavorable ones. In addition he seem to have a good idea what certain type of repairs would cost and reputable repair folks we could depend on. Mr. Osborne was quite helpful throughout the entire process. He made several visits to our residence to sign and go over documents. He arrived on schedule, was well prepared and didn't waste our time. I believe Mr. Osborne's strongest attribute was his subtle way of recommending things without being pushy, but at the same time he always appeared to have our best interest at heart. My experience with Terry Osborne and the Lewis Group consisted of the purchase and sale of several properties. I found Terry to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the transactions, listing, negotiating, inspection, lending and closing processes.Terry had advised that we put two of the properties on the Multiple Listing Service as non-active for a week, listing them as "Coming Soon." This generated considerable beforehand interest in the properties. Within two hours of the listing becoming active, we received a cash purchase offer and the other property was under contract in less than three days. We received a contract on an additional property before being listed.Terry and the Lewis Osborne group were very good at researching the properties, determining a reasonable Value range, marketing and handling all aspects of the transaction. They were always very responsive and returned our calls quickly, Terry's prior career in construction helped considerably with advising us on possible issues and he even went out of his way on two occasions to assist me with some repairs.I would and will highly recommend Terry Osborne and the Lewis Osborne group for all aspects of your real estate needs.
