Ellen came highly recommended from a friend. From the first phone call, my husband and I knew we found the right agent! She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and effective. She educated us on the process and the steps we needed to take, and then put us in touch with a professional and ethical lender. When searching for our dream home, we (mostly, I) had numerous must haves and good to haves. Ellen provided invaluable insights into the different neighborhoods. She tirelessly and patiently searched the listings and quickly notified us of any new potentials. And she ALWAYS made herself available to visit each property with us. Most importantly, I knew that she had our best interest at heart. When we considered a less than optimal house, she recommended us not to purchase it. When I thought we would never find that dream home, Ellen was the peppy cheerleader assuring me that we will find it. And we did find it! Thanks to Ellen, because she prepared us well, we were able to quickly bid and win the contract on the house. It has been four years since we moved in and we are so happy with our place.
