Amazing! Where do I start? We met Kim about a year ago at an open house when we were toying with the thought of moving. We immediately put her at the top of our potential agent list for when we were ready. Fast forward nearly a year... best decision we made! We have often referred to our selling and buying experience as a journey because we have had hiccups, bumps, and some entertainment through the entire process. Thank goodness we had Kim! She never missed a beat and got us through to the finish line.Her integrity, commitment, knowledge, experience, exhaustive contact list, advice, communication, you name it, were all top notch. I can't even imagine where we would have ended up without her. She had our back at all times, fighting and protecting us in matters we weren't even aware of. The selling process can be an unbelievably stressful and uncertain experience, and one we would not have been able to get through without Kim's undying efforts, professionalism, and positive energy throughout. We learned the hard way that there is a DRASTIC difference in realtors - missed showings, shady motives, complete lack of due diligence.
