My wife and I were hoping to setup an appointment to view a listing we found on Zillow. On first contact with Patrick, we were pleasantly surprised that he told us he could meet with us in two hours. Upon meeting Patrick, he first took my family of four on a tour of Harpers Ferry, which was the listing's location. We were unfamiliar with the area, and without even mentioning the listing, he spent an hour showing us around. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared numerous facts about the area. Under Patricks guidance, the seller accepted our offer within 48 hours of him showing us the house. He was there to guide us through each step of the home buying process, even making recommendations for a mortgage lender and home-improvement contractors. We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase, and highly recommend Patrick if you are in the market for buying or renting a home!
