If it were not for Kelly, my husband Ryan and I would not be living in our dream home in a wonderful area (Purcellville), which we absolutely love! Ryan and I began thinking about purchasing a home in early 2016, and contacted Kelly to be our realtor. Kelly immediately called us and walked us through the house buying process, put us in touch with a loan officer to get pre-approved, and sent us listings within our price range in various locations in northern VA (we werent initially sure where we wanted to live). When we told Kelly which houses we wanted to visit and our availability, she instantly called the selling agents and scheduled private appointments for us (so we didnt have to wait for the weekend open houses). We asked Kelly her professional opinion on many things (e.g., value of the home compared to similar ones in the neighborhood, projected required maintenance/replacement costs, quality of interior/exterior compared to others), and she was very open and blatantly honest with us. If she thought a particular home was not worth the cost, she wouldnt hesitate to tell us that. We could see that Kelly sincerely wanted to find us a home that we would love (at the right price), no matter how long it took. We ended up purchasing a new build home in Purcellville thanks to KellyaEUR"she sent us the listing. And when we visited Purcellville, Kelly went above and beyond her realtor duties and showed us around the area. The entire closing process went without a hitch.
