I first worked with Lynn as my realtor in 2012 when she helped me buy my first home. The process took longer than anticipated because I changed my mind on what I wanted several times throughout the process. Lynn was never impatient or discouraged. It took about a year but we found the home that was right for me.A few months ago, my family decided that we needed more space and we listed that home for sale. It was only a few weeks before it was under contract.Lynn has been a friend and an advocate throughout the process. I never had to wonder if the advice she was giving or the decisions she made during listing and negotiations were for anything but our benefit. The process of buying and selling a home is stressful and it was invaluable to have a realtor that we knew we could trust.I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone in need of realtor services.

Douglas Realty, and specifically my realtor Lynn Nichols were absolutely FANTASTIC! Lynn was always available to answer any question I had, was patient with my husband and I -- as first time homebuyers I had so many questions and Lynn was there with every set of the way! I selected Lynn specifically as my realtor because of her volunteerism with the Fort Meade Community, that showed me she truly cared about our community. She negotiated a great deal for us on the house and even a credit from our lender. When we later had difficulties with our lender dropping the ball, she was on the phone with them lighting a little fire under their bums so they would have everything ready for closing. There is absolutely nothing that Lynn and Douglas Realty could have done to make my husband and mine first time buying a home any better. I absolutely recommend Lynn to anyone looking to purchase a home!
