My husband and I had talked about moving to a larger home with more property for years and finally decided to start the process. I called Tony and he came right out. We needed an agent that could handle selling in one state and buying in another. I thought I would need 2 agents, but Tony is licensed in both which made this part easy. Tony is an friendly, up-beat person who genuinely manages to take a lot of the stress out of a stressful process. We looked at homes for over a year with Tony and never felt like he was uninterested or frustrated. When we did find out dream home, he moved FAST. He is an incredible negotiator and advised us the whole way. I loved how fast he was in responding to my never ending list of questions! He also had to deal with my very stubborn ideas and did so with grace. Tony is a rock star and we thoroughly recommend him.

I am in the Navy and needed to relocate to Maryland. Also, I had to do most of this remotely, which is a serious challenge. I am SO glad that I found Tony Fulco as an agent. You will never find someone so willing to do anything and everything outside the norm to get what you want. I was in town and had a very short window to look at a ton of properties. Tony happily spent the entire three days with me sun up to sun down and we did it! After that, from face-timing, inspecting, multiple visits, pictures, whatever I asked for, Tony immediately was able to do it for me. He negotiated VERY aggressively on our behalf and managed to get our dream property at the price we were prepared to pay. Once under contract, he truly handled everything....which I needed with my busy schedule. I am in and settled and my husband and I love our house.
