As first-time homebuyers, my fiancA(C)e and I could not have worked with a better realtor than Nora Isasi. She made the entire process as stress-free as buying a home can possibly be. From day 1 to ultimately closing, communicating with Nora was instrumental. She was able to meet us at our level and explain aspects of the housing market to us in a way that made perfect sense. Nora is incredibly personable, communicative, and punctual. She was able to work with our schedules and be available whenever we needed to ask her questions or for her input. One of the things we appreciated the most was her honesty. She would give us her opinion on properties we were interested in and offer feedback that made us think about things we may not have previously considered. We thoroughly enjoyed having the chance to work with Nora and know EXACTLY who well be reaching out to when its time for home #2.

As a first time buyer, Conny was the absolute best choice for my husband and me! She was wonderfully responsive and hugely supportive. She allowed us to fall in love with homes, but still be realistic about the pros/cons that we sometimes missed. For example, if she noticed water damage she'd let us know, point it out as something we needed to consider and calculate. Conny didn't just want to make a sale, she wanted us to be happy with our first home. I say that her knowledge of the area is extensive because the DC area is constantly creating new developments so, if there is a location that Conny isn't familiar with then she'll take the time to research it and provide her clients with the absolute best information available. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and no matter how many homes we asked her to take us to view (I'm not kidding when I say we viewed about 20) she was just as pleasant, professional, and engaged as she was on the very first home she showed us.
