If Mike hasnt shared the story of how we were introduced, suffice it to say that its a rather amusing one aEUR" in short, we met in a shared Uber ride! Desiree is an excellent realtor. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details, knowledge, expertise, flexibility, dependability, accountability and business acumen are second to none. Desiree, knows the real estate business from point A to Z; there is not a question asked which she cant answer. Desiree has tremendous listening skills and considered any of my concerns. Desiree is so professional and flexible, that she also helped me to resolve a HOA issue which was on short notice. Desiree is resourceful and has numerous contacts who quickly responded to her requests to assist me in getting repairs completed. Desiree extended herself on my behalf to also work with my financial institution who asked her for information on the home which I was purchasing. Desiree coordinated with the other realtor and ensured that all documents which she was asked were submitted on my behalf. Desiree always kept me updated as she communicated all the time. She did not leave a stone un-turned. Desiree has a great, great personality, so very cordial and easy to work with. She stood beside me all the way through the selling and buying process and followed up with me afterwards. My realtor for the purchase of my new residence could not attend the settlement, so, Desiree, without being asked, went to that settlement with me. A realtor does not come any better than Desiree. Desiree is top-notch and a 5 Star Plus realtor. I will always recommend Desiree and if the opportunity ever presents itself, use her again for my home selling or buying business.
