This review is long past due... and I hope Steve and Christina can forgive me because they did such an amazing job helping me through the buying process. The Brown Team has the knowledge, skills, people, and persistence that will get you the home that you desire. They worked very hard to show me places where I wanted to check out and provides excellent insights in the condition of the home and the pricing of similar places in the surrounding area. They even have classes you can attend so that buyers gain crucial knowledge on owning a home, such as loan types, inspections, etc. I also must mention that the negotiation process was probably the most stressful phase of the process, but Christina didnt let me down and assured me that we are closing on the good price. And looking back, I'm glad that I put my trusts in her. After a price was agreed upon, the inspections followed, which lead to more negotiations to amend any flaws found that wasnt known during the initial listing. Long story short, we were able to get the sellers to address the major problems brought up. Afterwards, we moved on to the closing process, which transfers me to the closing team. I wasnt too eager to see Christina leave my side, but the rest of the team carried me pretty well the rest of the way and I know that Christina was just a phone call away. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Brown Team because of their willingness to communicate with their clients and share their knowledge to help you close in on that house thats been escaping you.

After finding multiple positive reviews for the Brown Team on Zillow, I called Christina Brown on a Friday afternoon. She answered the phone and spent 20 minutes talking to me about our home-buying needs. I was quite impressed with the time she took with us from the very first moment. We were first-time buyers and she took us through step-by-step, always helpful and gave us both time and advice.She was courteous and professional, but also very personable. She was available to answer most of our many phone calls, and when it was necessary to leave her a message, she returned our calls promptly. Christina took us through over 20 home showings, and she went out of her way to adjust to our schedule. Days, evenings, weekends...she was always there for us, even in the busy Spring season. When we finally found the home that was right for us, Christina guided us through the negotion, contract, and loan processes. She was there for us right through to the end, until we had the keys to our new house in our hands! After all was said and done, though she was our agent, she had also become a friend.We would highly recommend The Brown Team and, if the occasion should arise, we will turn to them first with any home buying or selling needs.
