After 8 months of looking and another 2 months of trying to close, they were still sitting beside us at closing. Not only did they show us houses before I was able to get my finances stable enough for anything more than a guess at my pre-qualification, they stuck with us through all the completely different houses we went to see (we tried to see at least one of every type of house - earth contact, 1.5 story, reverse 1.5 story, victorian, ranch, etc.). We picked one of the most complicated types of mortgages out there, an FHA 203K loan, and even though that was mostly on my lender, these 2 and their team made sure every time line was met and every task was completed during the process, constantly in touch with my lender. They also checked in with us every week at minimum. The only reason we even went with them in the first place was because when we contacted a whole bunch of realtors through Zillow, they were the only ones to respond with a personalized message directly about me and my situation, rather than a generic automated message. These two are surrounded by a team of people that they know well and trust, which helps out immensely when trying to get inspections done in that tiny window or hire contractors for any work needed. Bottom line, these two, their assistant, their team realtors behind them, and their trusted contacts are well worth the effort it takes to email them. They'll stick with you and help you through every step of the process. Good luck on your house/land hunting!
