Jennifer was fantastic to work with! She helped my wife and I sell our old home and find our new beautiful home. Selling the old house was probably the more difficult job, and Jennifer helped us through that with flying colors! She had several small, yet strategic changes we needed to make to prepare and stage our house for sale. She was very patient with us while we did the work, yet very involved in the process. Once we saw the pictures that were taken for our listing we were blown away. I almost instantly went from being apprehensive about making enough on the sale to feeling like we'd be able to ask for the world! Jennifer's attention to detail and stylish eye helped stage our house to the point that we had 5 offers within 24 hours of listing! She then proceeded to spend two VERY long nights with us while we weighed the pros and cons of each deal and slowly pieced together the offer on our new house. Within 4 days we had a contract to sell our house, a contract to buy our new house, and new friend to share in all that craziness! Jennifer made us feel as though we were her only clients even though we knew she was doing the same for others. She was available any time, and never slow to provide an answer. She is very knowledgeable and willing to provide professional advice while still giving you room to make your own decisions. Jennifer is one of the hardest working people I know, yet you can tell it never weighs on her because she absolutely loves what she does!
