Philip Talbert is one of the most professional, knowledgable and delightful people we have ever worked with. Referred to us by a friend, he knows real estate well and has a design sense that makes his real estate opinions priceless. He is a wonderful combination of eager and patient. Always available, he made the tedious and frustrating process of house-hunting a true adventure. He showed us many houses, always listening to our feedback and offering alternatives and encouragement. When my wife told me she wanted to move and sell our house I dreaded the process. From the first meeting until the move date and beyond everything was absolutely perfect. I could not have imagined the level of commitment they showed us. They figured out really quickly my wife and I were not only overwhelmed but had no time or energy to give this project. The team took care of every detail along the way. From the day we met discussing options, to the date of listing was only 6 weeks to get our house ready (which is amazing in itself). The strategy employed to drum up excitement for the house worked perfectly and the house had 5 offers in 3 days and we got over asking price. Then the amount of work and effort to iron out all the details to make the moves of all parties involved work and be coordinated (we only had 2 days to move) worked perfectly without a hitch. It was truly a dream sale and one that my wife and I are still pinching ourselves over. I cannot imagine what problems we would have had to deal with if we didn't have such a knowledgeable, hard working, professional, AWESOME team behind us. Thank you to the Sackin-Stone team for making this dreaded process as easy and perfect as it could have been.Philip Talbert was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. My wife and I were still in the process of getting our current home ready to sell and my wife fell in love with a house online. Philip appeased us and took us out to see the house knowing full well we might not be in a position to purchase just yet. Knowing how much my wife and I loved the house he went to work, and work Magic he did. He was able to negotiate with the seller to get them to basically wait a week for our house to get on the market and get sold (which it did in 3 days). It was unbelievable. Philip was 100 percent committed to making sure every detail was taken care of, working tirelessly to coordinate the closing for all parties involved to help us with a smooth move (we only had 2 days to move making it very difficult). The purchase went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect. We were truly blessed to have Philip in our corner. We have been moved in 6 weeks and are still calling Philip to get referrals for projects we want to do to the new house. Philip was easy to work with, incredibly hard working, professional always, honest and genuinely cared about my family. I could not speak highly enough about him. He made this whole process (which I was dreading) incredibly easy. We cannot imagine trying to do this without him and will be calling him for any real estate needs we ever have.

His negotiating skills resulted in an excellent price for our home. He also was able to keep the tight timetable of the sale on schedule. This allowed us to sell our home and buy a new one in a different market in a timely manner that also allowed all the financial transactions in both locations to occur smoothly.
