Trista, proved to be a great asset during the sale of our house. Prior to listing Trista helped us greatly in determining what repairs / improvements did or did not need completed. Her use of a professional photographer for photos provided stunning results. Where Trista's true professionalism, determination and commitment, shined was shortly after the offer was received. As I was relocating out of state, I was not in town as the troubles began. Storm sewer flooding of the basement, High Radon levels detected during inspection and leaking drain tile of foundation. Trista became my point of contact in dealing with the various contractors called in to fix these issues. She made it a point to be onsite with each contractor.
