I can?t say enough about how good my experience was working with David and his team. We have tried selling our house on and off for 4 years, it?s been a real pain. We?ve gone through ?discounted? agents and our home just sat there. We got another agent after that, and they were more interested in having small social gatherings with fellow realtors and doing wine tastings at our house, but never produced many showings. After the mess we had been through, we took our home off the market and were done with the headache and just figured we wouldn?t sell it. We didn?t have it in us to deal with another year of keeping the property perfect and not ever having a showing. When we decided to try and sell it AGAIN, and go for round 3, We contacted David, and had a long list asks/demands from him. Our home is tricky to sell. We had a lot of previous bad experiences that made us gun shy. We asked David a bunch of non traditional things that we would want him to do, and he didn?t hesitate to perform. This go round we had an offer in 20 days. Davis seamlessly passed us to his team as soon as it was under contract. Our journey is now done. We are very grateful for David and for what he did for us and dealing with the headache that was selling our house. We definitely learned all real estate agents ARENT created equal. You get what you pay for and if you want the best, hire David and his team to navigate selling for buying your home. Thank you David, Cori and the rest
