If you re looking for a great Realtor and representative for selling your home, we highly recommend David Arustamian with Sotheby s International Realty. David is an extremely hard worker and will do everything that he can possible do to sell your home.My husband and I were in the position of living out-of-state and trying to sell a home in Arizona. The first experience we had with a Realtor was not a positive one and we found ourselves in the hands of a Realtor that was just letting our home sit there and wasn t doing anything to sell the home. The pictures that were taken were horrible. I mean everyone who saw them said, There s no way you re going to sell your home with those pictures. There weren t very many pictures representing our home and they were not take by a professional photographer. They were taken with a cell phone and not at all complimentary in face one walk-through room was completely missed. How I don t know. We were in Phoenix for the funeral of a very close friend and we went in the house for one last time. The floors were dirty and there were clumps of dried orange and paper towel on the counter by the sink. We didn t leave that there and since we had no cleaning items with us, we had to do the best we could. When we left the house was move-in ready. After we returned home, one of the Realtors co-workers even called us in the state we live in and asked to come over to the house to pick up the dead roaches in the bathrooms. How could we do this? We couldn t. Well, fortunately our children were still in Phoenix after attending the funeral of our very dear friend and they went over and picked up the dead roaches. At this point, we thought we ve got to find a new Realtor. At the end of 30 days, we had a list of 22 things that were wrong with how he was handling the listing. He agreed to let us out of the contract, which we did immediately.The first Realtor experience was a disaster. We then talked to several Realtors about how they would represent our home. When we finally found David, he made several suggestions to us. He said that pictures would be taken by a professional photographer and would represent the home in the best manner possible. I m sure that David or his representatives took care of seeing that the house and the yards were kept up at no charge to us. We were so very grateful for this kindness. Since I am retired, and my husband is disabled, the proceeds from this sale were very important to us. We had two offers that were declined on the last day and this was very concerning to us. David continued to review contacts until the home was sold. He worked diligently to see that we received the highest price possible for our home. As he said, Maybe the third time will be a charm. It certainly was, and we even closed several days before the proposed closing date. David worked tirelessly for us in every undertaking to see our home. He deserved every penny of the commission that he earned. It wasn t until I saw the company address that I realized he did business in Chandler and Scottsdale and traveled extensively to our home in Phoenix to see to everything. Both of us would highly recommend David for your next Realtor. He is a hard worker, diligent in working for the client, and focuses on the needs to the client to obtain the best price for the sale. We wish him much success in the Real Estate market and many years in representing various clients.
