This is the second time in three years my wife and I have used Lisa as our real estate agent and it was by no accident. Lisa is the true definition of consummate professional and truly does work harder for you than anyone in the real estate business. Lisa understands the business and is always upfront and straightforward on expectations. After living my entire life in Southern California, I decided to join the massive exodus and move to Arizona. The real estate agent selling my California home recommended Colleen Corrigan of Sothebys International Realty to help me find a new home in Arizona. I feel very blessed that he did so, and here's why.After agreeing to a very short escrow on the sale of my California home, I had about 2 weeks to find a new home in Arizona; not much time to say the least. Colleen searched arduously for a home that would meet my fastidious needs and found one in an idyllic and safe neighborhood. Because I was unable to see the house in person, I had to trust her find a home inspector and do the walk-through for me. Everything turned out according to my exacting list of specifications. This year I had to deal with the loss of a parent. Subsequently, I had to deal with selling his home. I am so glad I was referred to David Arustamian. I told him that I would need to have a lot of help coordinating everything because I live out of state. He and his team made this entire experience worry free. I had enough to deal with and he took all the worry out of the equation. He walked me through step by step the entire process. He put me in touch with landscapers, cleaning crews, moving contractors, etc. All I had to do was ask and he had a solution. He is reliable, knowledgeable and meticulous.
