My wife and I moved to the Scottsdale in January of 2016. Not knowing what area of the Valley we liked we decided to lease a house for the first year. We met David several months after arrival at an open house being shown by David in the Lone Mountain development. We were 9-12 months from actually purchasing and was just getting a feel for the area. David was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood our situation and offered his help. Without a commitment on our end he began sending us listings based on the key attributes we desired. After nearly a year of correspondence and some visits we ended ironically right back in the Lone Mountain development. David showed us a house that was about to come on the market and was not even listed. We began negotiating and within a couple of days we were under contract.
