My wife and I moved to the Scottsdale in January of 2016. Not knowing what area of the Valley we liked we decided to lease a house for the first year. We met David several months after arrival at an open house being shown by David in the Lone Mountain development. We were 9-12 months from actually purchasing and was just getting a feel for the area. David was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood our situation and offered his help. Without a commitment on our end he began sending us listings based on the key attributes we desired. After nearly a year of correspondence and some visits we ended ironically right back in the Lone Mountain development. David showed us a house that was about to come on the market and was not even listed. We began negotiating and within a couple of days we were under contract. By listing our house with David Grozier, we made an absolutely great decision. Within two weeks of listing, he presented us with an offer. Transaction began with multiple requests from the buyer. David guided us on how to address everything and helped us with all the buyers requests. One week prior to closing, we learned that buyers were not able to complete transaction due to some problem with a bank/ delay paperwork . With Davids help, our purchase was converted to a lease agreement and 10 days later we absolutely successfully were able to close. Through the whole transaction David was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. Multiple calls and decisions were made via phone/emails. David immediately returned every call and addressed every little concern. The transaction was extremely complicated with multiple addendum but David was able to work through them and figure things out smoothly. David has a great network and is very knowledgeable about areas and floor plans. David takes his time, does research and gives a full picture regarding pricing and demand in the area. He has an excellent knowledge of the market and gives excellent suggestions on pricing. We were fortunate to work with David Grozier. David has excellent customer service skills.
