Searching many websites and doing multiple aEUR~best realtor web searches we found a couple we wanted to talk with - Beth and Alan Brockette. We called Beth and set up an appointment. From the first meeting when she professionally and personably knocked it out of the ball park on every question, recommendation, and option, there was never any question we had found the right real estate agent. Then came covid. By the time we were ready to show our house the pandemic was in full swing. No problem, the Brocketts presented our home with complete information for buyers along with both drone photography by Alan and professional photography. Then, they set up and coordinated safe, one-party showings for qualified buyers only. We had over 50 visits in about 2 A 1/2 days, resulting in 12 offers. The Brocketts walked us through the pluses, minus, and risks associated with each offer before we accepted one. Many times throughout the process we relied on their advice and support.
