Josh and his team exceeded expectations and went above and beyond! Even though he's helping so many people find or sell their homes, he always picked his phone up right away, or let me know he's in the middle of helping a client and returned my call super fast! I met Josh over a year ago when my wife and I were first looking at houses. When we were finally ready to purchase in March, I called Josh because he made such a lasting impression when we first met him, we knew we would be in good hands. Working with Josh was truly a GIFT. He went above and beyond with our needs. We were coming from out of state to look in kerrville tx. If I had to pick a few words to describe our experience they would be WOW PERFECT OMG He listened to what we were looking for and provided us with information we didn't even know we needed. From our very first phone call his response time was instant. His local knowledge was unbelievable. We were constantly impressed over and over. He provided us updated list daily of available properties before we arrived in texas. He was able to show us many properties and was a pleasure to get to know.
