We are from out of state and knew no one in Ft. Myers when we began our house hunting process. We found Troy by researching realtors. Our homework paid off. He is knowledgeable, energetic, responsive and on top of all of the details. We had a 5 day trip planned to learn about the area, find the neighborhood that was right for us, and then find the right house. Troy was fantastic. He started working with us before we arrived in Florida and offered to assist us with all of our arrangements, from hotel suggestions to transporting us locally. Once we arrived, he dedicated full time to helping us. Within our plan timeframe, we made an offer on a home. Since then, Troy has helped us with the inspection, insurance and all of the other elements of continuing the process to close. Troy has made a point of letting us know he wants to be there for us after the close. He views his clients as new friends and actively seeks to make long-term relationships.
