I am so grateful to Liz Wilson for facilitating the sale of my home and purchase of another in Cale Coral. There was a time crunch and some major hoops to jump through coordinating 2 sales at the same time and she handled it all with a calm determination and a great sense of humor. Another aspect of the transactions that made it more complex is that I live abroad. This was no problem at all, I ended up coming back to Cape Coral for the move but she made it possible to do it either way. Liz worked very hard setting up the photographer, open houses, showing my home and I ended up getting a full price offer 2 weeks after my home was put on the market! She also negotiated a significant reduction in the home I was buying. I highly recommend working with Liz whether you are selling your house or buying. She is very trustworthy, goes way above and beyond, and is so personable. You will definitely enjoy working with her!
