There isnt enough space or time to explain what we all went through and the headaches/sleepless nights the sellers caused but Liz stayed with us through it all. ??????? Liz originally helped us contract on a home with a quick close. Unfortunately the sellers needed to go through probate. She arranged for us to extend out the closing to help the sellers. But we then found out the sellers werent making their house payments during this time and the house went into foreclosure 9 days before we were moving from Kansas City to Fort Myers. She helped me fly into RSW immediately to show me a couple other homes at the last minute and all in one day. We contracted in another home the next day. Once we moved to the area, that seller pushed out the closing a couple of weeks due to being a hoarder. Then a week later pushed it out again another three weeks. All this while we were renting a VRBO (which she helped us find) in the area as we had closed on our home in KC. She then helped us find a crew to unload out moving truck into a storage unit. ThenaEUR|two days before we were to close again, the sellers demanded 3 to 4 more weeks time. Liz felt our frustration and anxiety as we were to be out of the rental in 8 days. She jumped on it like a pro and made the closing date happen as scheduled. Highly recommend
