Wow! I don't even know where to start!! (in a great way!) From the minute we chose Charles Ruck to be our realtor he has been nothing short of AMAZING! We live in NJ and were looking to purchase a waterfront vacation home in SW Florida. It was completely random that we chose Charles Ruck and had never met him or had any connections with him before. He responded immediately to our online inquiry and came to our rescue. He showed us over 40 houses within a few days (during our short visit to FL) and found us the BEST HOUSE EVER that we ended up closing on. From the minute we met Charlie, we knew this was the guy for the job. First off, he was in the US Military. . . BIG PLUS in our book! Hats off to you Charlie and thank you for your service!! Besides all of the laughing we did during our house hunting journey, Charlie is THOUGHTFUL, INTELLIGENT and most of all SINCERE. You know you can trust him the first few minutes you spend with him. He makes it very obvious that he is working for YOU and wants to meet every expectation you have. Needless to say, he not only met, but exceeded every single one of our expectations and went far beyond the call of duty. My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years and have NEVER had a realtor who worked harder than Charlie Ruck!! When we think about everything he's done for us. . . bending over backwards, making deals, negotiating, paperwork, time management, doing tons of research, being completely prepared, knowledgeable in ALL aspects of real estate, etc., etc., etc., we get big smiles on our faces. Charlie, you are a TOP NOTCH realtor and in our books, you are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Your TYPE-A personality is something we are very grateful for!
