My husband and I are from New York and in recent trip to our families house in Florida we were looking to see if we could find a house with property. When we got home we called Jim Kings Reality which was the name in front of house for sale we spoke to Amber. We told her that we saw several houses that we wanted to look at. Amber looked up the properties and gave us information on them. We told Amber we would be coming back down in 1 month so could she make arrangements for us to see the houses we were interested. So Amber set it up and we were shown several house. One stood out we loved it. Through the following month we put a deposit and got a closing date. She called us and kept us informed. If you need to call her she would call back as soon as possible. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Amber. She made it stress free. We referred a friend of ours who also purchase a home through her and is very satisfied. We have more New York friends looking for homes in same area which we have already giving Ambers name and number to. Great and easy experience ????????
