As a first-time home buyer with a small budget, Erica was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Off the bat she shared it was important to her to build a good relationship with her clients and she recognized with a good experience, down the line a first time home buyer could return to purchase a larger home with her. She was true to her word, providing her honest assessment of homes, locations and the entire home buying process - even when her advice meant walking away from a purchase. As a first time buyer I felt extremely comfortable in her hands and her advice was always respectful, kind and in my best interest. She treated me like an important, valued client providing me her time, quick response, and kind honesty. She expertly guided me through every hiccup and I was always confident her advice was in my best interest.
