Alex is a FANTASTIC realtor. She stepped in to help our original realtor who needed to go out of town. Alex is a true Jax local, so she knows this market and area better than most! As we looked at homes, she was super patient with our active 4-year-old son and included him in our conversations as well. She's a former teacher, so she's great with kids aEUR" a plus for parents who need to house shop with the kiddos! :)We loved working with Alex as she was a go-getter who helped us put in an aggressive offer letter that scored us our dream home. We had put in five previous offers and lost out on all of them due to cash. The home we ended up in was one that wasn't even on our radar until she brought it up; we're so glad she did because it's absolutely perfect for us.
