Simply, Gretchen is, by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is exceptionally competent, anticipates and covers all details, has a firm grasp of the most minute elements of real estate transactions, is knowledgeable, direct and honest to a fault, and anticipates challenges, giving her a total grasp of the transaction. I essentially left all details of the sale of my house to her and only became involved to sign the closing paperwork. She did everything else and coordinated inspections, repairs, offers, showings, interior cleaning, even last minute furniture removal! She also communicates so well and effectively, I consistently felt like I was her only client. On several occasions, she exceeded the counterparty?s realtors knowledge and preparation, yet she did it with integrity to make the transaction smoother. My house sold for $10,000 more than the highest price I expected, and it sold in only a few weeks with Gretchen. Working with her was a pleasure and a bargain ? and a breath of fresh air compared to other real estate agents I have worked with before. Also, I should note the 5 star ratings above are not accidental or haphazard. Sometimes, youre just a five across the board.
