Andrea was extremely helpful from beginning to end during my home buying process. She kept me informed as soon as she got updates regarding anything to do with the house and or process given my situation. We had originally discussed a date that I would really have liked to close on due to my lease ending where I was living currently, and she made it happen. During the process she also informed me of some of the benefits of numerous areas just to make sure I was aware of my options given what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and in contact throughout which was nice. She made sure that I got what I was looking for as well as at the price point I was looking to spend. Definitely made the house finding and buying process easier than it would have been without her and for all of this I am grateful.

Andrea Harris was the best selection as our realtor, we had spoken with a few prior to going with her and right off the bat her professionalism and responsiveness stood out. We were out of the area at the time (Military Family) so we did lots of research online and used mileage and google to choose a aEURoegood locationaEUR?. We originally were looking in a different area than we ended up building in... she asked a few questions about our family dynamics and even likes and interests. I at first thought this was odd, but when she responded with she will take care of us regardless of location but wanted to give us more options that may fit our lifestyle a bit better we trusted her opinion and took a second look. Throughout the entire process Andrea was on point, we chose to build vice buy used which was the best decision we ever made. Her suggested location was also WAY MORE fitting for our family, childrens schools, and neighborhood. She was more knowledgeable at times than the property manager and reviewed all documents and information ahead of us for accuracy. In addition and finally she also assisted us with finding a loan officer who got us a few %% better than any other rate we were offered. If you want someone that actually cares about you and is excellent at her craft and provides exceptional service, choose Andrea, you will not be disappointed.
