Thanks to MaryBeth's amazing knowledge of Santa Cruz Mountain land and it's people, we found our dream property with her! We contacted Donner Home and Land a year and a half ago with an idea of buying property. I had no idea there was so much to learn, and boy, did we learn a lot! MaryBeth was extremely well informed in all aspects of real estate,and was able to point out pros and cons of everything we looked at. Not once did I feel pushed to make an offer on a particular property, she simply let the facts sink in, wanting us to find 'the right one'. After working with her for a while and looking at a variety of lots for sale we knew what we wanted and she kept an eye open for us which resulted in the purchase of a wonderful lot in May 2013.
