I still can't believe that we were able to sell the property for $75,000 more than the first agent that we contacted thought it was worth. If it were not for you, I would not have been able to co-ordinate the renovations that were done on the house. From collecting bids to managing the process, I feel so lucky to have had you there for me every step of the way. I am also sure that we got such a good deal on the work done because of your relationships with the painter, floor refinisher, etc. Thank you for that too!!
